She found several suitable properties for us, arranged viewings and was able to complete the rental agreement for us on the property we selected very promptly. What a great service.

GoogleExcellent service. Many agencies treat potential tenants very poorly but Christina at Charters was so helpful and kind trying to find us the right house. Highly recommend contacting these guys if you are looking to rent in and around Winchester.

GoogleCharters sold my partner's property but we were overall disappointed with the service. The advert looked good but this seems to be done by another company anyway. Viewings were few & far between & always conducted by someone different who did not know our house, in fact at every stage of the process we dealt with a new person & never saw the person who visited us after our initial meeting. We felt very little was done to assist with our property search as they sold houses in the areas we were looking to buy without notifying us of their availability. I suppose Charters did the job that they were hired to do but we felt the service was quite impersonal.

GoogleThe Winchester team have been excellent in handling the sale of our property; Mark D in particular has been brilliant in his communication and tenacity in achieving a sale, particularly during the difficult and ongoing coronavirus restrictions! I couldn't recommend Mark D, Branch Manager Oliver P and the whole team highly enough; a very professional service indeed!

GoogleA very poor experience with Charters. Numerous problems with our property and a lack of any help was frustrating. Overall a good business, just needs to put processes in place to avoid issues we had.

GoogleContinued to market property and show buyers around that was ‘sold‘ subject to contract, where a reservation deposit had been paid. All within the vagaries of the English conveyancing system, but devoid of ethics or principles. Avoid at all costs.

We didn't know Farnham at all when we moved here and they really helped me to get to know the area; explaining where everything was.
