Not only did he help me identify snagging issues when I took over possession of the property, but he was true to his word when outlining rental possibilities. His finger is clearly on the pulse and he is a credit to the organisation. Likewise, Cheryl has proved to be equally impressive with her execution of pre-tenancy arrangements. I have been most helpfully guided through the entire process in an efficient, prompt, informative and most friendly manner. Cheryl is an exemplary front-line representative for Charters.

GoogleVery impressed with the service we have received from Charters, Jack Moore in particular! He called me with what he felt was the perfect property for us before it had even come to the market; the day after we viewed, offered and had it accepted! Now very excited to have finally found our forever home! Jack dealt with quite the curve ball on our viewing with the seller changing the price but dealt with it very professionally. We appreciate the communications we are receiving regarding our sale and look forward to our new start!

GoogleWe have been actively looking for 4 -5 months now with quite a specific search criteria and location, even though a couple of purchases have fallen through or not quite made it Charters have kept us in mind with anything new to the market and have actively gone out to source us the house and location we really wanted. We were immediately impressed with Richard, he explained all facets of buying and selling at market, and clarified every subject on questions we asked. Furthermore, we were blown away by how efficiently Richard and his team handled not only the sale of our home, finding us a buyer with all loose ends tied off, but also helped us find a superb property, which ticked all our boxes and promptly had our offer accepted. GoogleWe organised an valuation with the Alton branch. Sarah came out on the Friday and told me a figure for the house . By the Tuesday we had a viewing and by the Thursday the house was sold. Sarah and the team were brilliant. If I want to sell again Sarah and Charters will be the first Agent I would call.

GoogleMy opinion of the service I received from Charters Alton Office regarding the sale of my house was nothing less than exceptional. My experience with all the staff concerned right from their very first visit to my house through to my successful sale was friendly and professional. I must give a special mention to my Sales Progressor Gwen Van Zyl, who kept me fully informed along every step of the way. I do believe the value of a dedicated Sales Progressor is one of the things that sets an agent like Charters apart from the others.

GoogleMy experience with Charters has been a very positive one. Like many of us, I had been looking for a house to purchase for some time, and had quite specific needs for housing my multi-generational family. Jack took the time to understand what would work for us and was very proactive in showing us properties that were coming on to the market. GoogleCharters did very well in selling our flat, we had gone through 4 different estate agents before we came to them all of which had no luck selling it. The team at charters were on top of everything. We lost our first buyer late on in the sale and they pulled out all the stops to get us another buyer which was successful within a month of losing our buyer. Ed and the team were great would highly recommend them.
