GoogleCharters have been brilliant, they managed to find us a buyer in one viewing and when we saw something that they had on to buy and were desperate to see it but our working days were jam packed Edward showed us the property at 0730 in the morning! Every question we have had has been answered very quickly and we have always managed to get hold of someone when we needed to. The entire team is very professional, hard working and friendly. Edward in particular has been extremely responsive and helpful. All the houses he offered were the kind of thing we wanted and he gave us first look at the place we finally bought. He's polite and professional, always followed up but was never pushy. GoogleI started looking for a property a number of months ago. I contacted 7 Real Estate agencies that deal with properties in Alton, informing them we were selling our property by auction overseas, and gave the date. Of all the agents Jack Moore of Charters, Alton, has been the most communicative and consistent. He rang shortly after the auction to check our price bracket. Since then he has regularly checked in regarding my search, in a respectful and professional manner. I received one call from another agent since we sold our home. GoogleA big thank you to Jack, for really listening to our needs as a buyer and recommending properties new to the market that matched our criteria. After 2 months of searching for properties with other agents, not getting calls returned, or not being updated when new properties came to market, it was so refreshing when on our first phone call to Jack, not only did he arrange to have viewings for all the properties we like back to back on the same day, but he organised a few extra that had just come to market that he knew we would consider. We ended up having a fun day out, viewing 5 properties back to back. What made it more enjoyable is that we didn’t feel as if we were being hard sold. Before we went in to a house, we were given all the relevant info, and then left to explore the house freely with Jack following answering any questions we had, and pointing out bits we missed. At the end of the day we had two properties that we loved, and made a successful offer on one of them the following day. However when calling the office to place the offer, we were then transferred to Edward, who was absolutely brilliant and even took our call and made calls on our behalf just after the office had closed to ensure our offer was accepted just before the weekend. I do hope Jack was able to take the main credit for this sale as it was his efficient and sincere communication and organisation that led to us offering on a house we truly love. Jacks level of service was far beyond what any other agent had previously offered, and it really does make a difference.

GoogleI can't rate Charters in Alton highly enough and to rate them with five stars just doesn't seem enough! The whole team have been amazing at every stage of my house sale and both Richard and Stephanie have been professional, efficient, reliable, helpful, supportive and friendly throughout. GoogleFantastic service from Charters! Sarah came out and valued our house and was really enthusiastic about our home, positive, friendly and trustworthy! After that everyone we dealt with there were great! Great communication about viewings and quick feedback. Also once we were under offer, Stephanie on the sales team was excellent, really good contact throughout the whole process. Especially towards the end when we were speaking a lot, nothing was to much trouble and it was greatly appreciated! I also used Rob, the mortgage adviser and he was also great and would definitely recommend! Thank you again to the whole team!

GoogleThe service we have received from Lewis Pearce has been exceptional. From the moment we registered with Charters in Alton, Lewis understood our multi-generational requirement and identified two properties coming to the market which he thought could be adapted to meet our needs, arranging viewings within a few days. Both those viewings and subsequent viewings of the most suitable of those properties were handled in a professional but friendly manner and every question along the way has been dealt with comprehensively and promptly. As a result we have had an offer accepted and we are proceeding towards a purchase of the property to which Lewis introduced us.

GoogleCharters were fantastic in helping secure the sale of my property. They were comforting and supportive and made me feel at ease. Edward, who came to value my property, was incredibly personable and kind and looked after me throughout the process, checking in when needed. I have also now used Rob (charters mortgage broker) twice. He is wonderful and explains what is a fairly complicated process incredibly well.
