GoogleJess has been efficient and professional in helping us find a property. She was able to answer any questions we had or was able to find answers for us quickly when we needed them. Jess was proactive and found a number of properties that she felt may have met our criteria and as a result, booked us in for some extra viewings on the same day as when we already had one organised for which was really convenient! GoogleEveryone at Charters has been a great help to us in the buying and selling process. Simon Edser was particularly great in helping us to sell our flat in Southampton. He kept in touch regularly and had great knowledge of the local area. He was particularly good at showing prospective buyers around and answering their queries promptly. When we came to buying a new property in chandlers Ford, Lisa and Amy both helped liaise with our buyers and sellers. They were both fantastic at being available to help with our queries and letting us know how things were progressing. At a time when half the UK were trying to complete on a purchase in 2021, Lisa managed to get ours over the line in two months from start to finish. She was kind, reassuring and attentive, going above the call of duty on a daily basis. We really cannot thank her enough for treating our sale as it should be, which is a very emotive and stressful process and not just a financial transaction.
