GoogleOur home move took nearly five months and has been stressful at times however Richard, Kathleen and Alex have been the most amazing team of estate agents. Chasing loose ends and keeping us updated every step of the way. We’ve found our forever home so don’t intend on moving again (not for a very long time anyway) but if we did we would 1000% use Bradley’s. Excellent team

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service from Bradleys in Hayle. We as a family would highly recommend using Bradleys in Hayle for any of your purchases/sales. From the moment that we purchased our beautiful home and came to sell our home the whole process has been wonderful. The staff at Bradleys are fantastic Zoe, Chris and Sally are all very experienced, excellent and extremely helpful. You couldn’t ask for a better communication and support. As a first time buyer originally and first time selling our home, Zoe was extremely helpful and experienced which this in turn put us at ease. Chris the Bradleys manager is excellent and was always happy to step in and provide us with regular updates when Zoe was out of office. Overall we would highly recommend Bradleys in Hayle and would like to say a huge thankyou to the whole team who supported us throughout the sale of our house.

GoogleI purchased a property through Bradley’s Mutley plain and dealt with Greg Dennett from start to finish! He was absolutely brilliant in liaising between myself and the seller. It was not the easiest property to purchase but he keep me updated on the progress. If it wasn’t for Greg the sale would never have gone through! More agents should be like this! 5 stars is not enough. Totally recommend!

GoogleI first contacted Bradleys over a year before we ended up selling through them. Sharon came around and took me through everything, she also gave us a very fair valuation. Someone from the office called within a month and asked what we were thinking. I advised that we were going to wait a bit and they should get in touch towards the end of the year. ...8 months later, and I get a call from Harry asking if we were looking to sell. It was perfect timing! Sharon came and did another valuation within a week at a time to suit me. The quote for fees was with me by the next day, along with a photographer recommendation. We signed the contract and booked in a time for the photographer/ floor plan/ description etc. This was absolutely painless. Within a day, we had a drafted brochure and the house went on the market shortly after. We were fortunate and had a lot of interest. Sharon, Ruby and Gin did a fantastic job booking in 21 viewings within 2 specific day/ time windows to suit us. We couldn't even tell there had been people in the house! We received 5 offers and Ruby guided us through the whole process, assisting us in making the right choice of buyer. Such a smooth process. I really can't rate the team at Bradleys highly enough, they were so on top of things and no question or concern was a silly one. So, so impressed, and so pleased we went with Bradleys. Thank you so much to Sharon, Ruby, Gin and Harry!

Although our sale journey had a few bumps in the road, the Plympton branch staff were supportive and kept us up to date with the sale progress. GoogleVery poor service could not tell me about a property and became rude when I could not tell them the name of the property or its post code.. I asked her have you any properties for sale in this village her reply was try another office without giving me their number and hung up !!! That's Bradley's for you ...

From first contacting Dan about renting out our property he has been so enthusiastic, knowledgeable and efficient and it has always been easy to contact him or one of the team. GoogleHad a massive challenge to sell my late fathers flat in Devon and after little real progress with a previous estate agent, the team at Bradleys were really proactive right when things were difficult. Their patience, communication and general engagement and support was brilliant with Jodi always on hand to answer one of the multiple questions I had. As things took time due to it being a probate sale, the focus on doing things differently with videos and proactive advertising worked in the end and although the housing market had become difficult, the team did so very well. Huge thanks to Jodie, Dan and Tariq.

GoogleAs first time buyers, we were pretty clueless on the buying process. We fell in love with a property, advertised by Bradley’s, and thanks to a friend we went to view what would become our first home. We used Abbie, as our mortgage advisor, Abbie was super helpful, and patient with our million and one queries! From start to finish everyone at the Shaldon Branch has been amazing, a big big thanks to Jess! Who has gone out of her way to help us, from information and liaising with our solicitor when we were unable to get a response, to obtaining quotes for some work to the property. Jess has taken an interest in us, and our property, gone above and beyond, has been extremely speedy with replies to any questions, and generally been a great help! We also had a cute box of goodies waiting for us at the property on completion day. A huge thanks to Jess and all the staff at Bradley’s! Shane & Kyra
