GoogleHaving decided to put my house on the market I contacted Bradleys Estate Agents at Paignton for advice. They were absolutely brilliant, explaining everything to me, offering excellent advice, and coming out to take video and photos of my property, which was all very professionally done. Whenever I have contacted them whilst they have been advertising my property, the whole Team have been so helpful, polite and very supportive. I would recommend Bradleys at Paignton to anyone wanting to sell their home

GoogleI couldn’t fault Bradley’s! We had a tricky purchase and there were several hurdles but Billy was there every step of the way with Aaron supporting in his absence. They were always timely and responsive and could not do enough to help. I like highly recommend!

GoogleWe recently sold our house through Bradleys having bought it through them 24 years ago. On both occasions their service was absolutely excellent! Our recent sales experience with them could not have been better managed. Christian, who came to value our house and talk us through the marketing process was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and open about all aspects of the process. When it came to accepting an offer his advice, and that of the rest of the team, was both realistic and well thought through; making sure that our buyers were the right ones to go with. Cathy then helped us with the process going forward and was always full of expert advice given in an extremely professional and helpful way. We could not recommend the Exeter Bradleys Team more highly and would definitely use them again!

GoogleThe whole team at Bradleys were incredibly professional and 100% went above and beyond their duty. We had a few hiccups along the way selling our late mothers property but they pulled the stops out and it was processed successfully just in time for Christmas. I would not hesitate using this very proactive, caring and professional team again. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleWe bought with Bradley’s, but didn’t sell with them, but we might as well have because they did most of the work of the whole chain as far as I could tell. Cathy, who I understand used to work in conveyancing, is very efficient and knowledgeable, and kept the whole thing moving through some extremely challenging conditions. We aren’t often able to say this of an estate agent, but we were very grateful for all their hard work! Would definitely sell with them next time.

GoogleSelling my house with the Bradley’s team was the best choice when deciding which estate agent. Meeting Robin was reassuring as he swiftly put the house on the market, and ensured the details were correct. Soon after his visit people were regularly viewing the house. After a few weeks the person who bought the property offered and agreed a price. During this process I met the formidable and amazing Cathy. Her wise counsel ensured I was ready to exchange. Unfortunately a person further down the chain did not receive the support that Cathy and her team gave myself and my buyer. We then experienced delays. Despite the delays, created by the limited support for the person earlier in the chain, Cathy was on the case moving the purchase/sale forward. She was incredible and I am forever grateful to her. After some gentle encouragement from Cathy I eventually moved into my lovely new home. My experience supports my recommendation - I cannot recommend Cathy, Robin, Felix and the rest of the team enough.

GoogleI have moved 19 times in my life and the service received from the Bradleys team at Looe was outstanding and by far the best I have ever received. I was very impressed by the 'collective' approach in that it did not matter who I spoke to, they all knew what was going on. Additionally, they proactively chased all parties in the chain relentlessly. Great job Ella, Ben, Lindsay and Chris thank you and I have promised myself this is the last time I move!

GoogleWhen I decided to sell my home I was strongly considering a local competitor, but inviting the Bradleys team to complete a valuation and to explain their services is a decision I have not regretted! Lindsay completed the initial visit and she came equipped with detailed comparisons for local properties on the market. She was keen, enthusiastic and confident, both in her pricing and in the team's ability to sell my property. The photographic package and brochure were of a superb standard and far exceeded the competitors approach. There was also plenty of opportunity for me to ensure that the sales material reflected what I considered to be my property's highlights. As a team Bradleys are not in anyway complacent! Each of the team is professional, focussed and driven! Throughout the sale, Ben, Chris and Lindsay all worked seamlessly to ensure I was updated on interest and that they kept me informed on progress and next steps. Their communication as a team is exceptional and their customer service exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend them. 10/10 Thank you Ben, Lindsay and Chris!
