GoogleWe have recently completed the purchase of a property in Plymouth via Bradleys. Our main contact was Jessica Dare who was most professional and helpful throughout the process. Communication and feedback was excellent and the inevitable queries and negotiations dealt with quickly and efficiently. Once we had agreed the purchase Bradleys appointed a sales progressor, Karen Miller to see everything through to completion. Karen chivied up all parties to ensure there were no hold ups, a very helpful role. Top marks to Jess, Karen and all the team for making the purchase as easy as possible.

GoogleWhen I started my journey on selling my home I met Greg who I found to be highly professional, friendly and very easy to talk to and that is why I chose to use Bradley’s in mutely plain. Most of my viewings were done by a young trainee called Oscar who was absolutely fantastic. His approach was the same as somebody who was highly trained .He is a credit to Bradley’s and Oscar I’m sending you my very best wishes for a brilliant future in whatever career you choose. GoogleThe most disgusting estate agents I have ever used, and I have been selling and buying since 1987the whole office at mutley plain needs sacking, no trust with any of them. They all lie to cover each others backs. I'm taking my complaint to the very top. Even the company secretary don't care and makes excuses don't ever buy their houses as they only look out for the vendor messing with people's livelihood in the meantime

They had sold my mum's house last year quickly and professionally with updates throughout the sale, therefore we instructed Bradley's to sell one of our apartments in Plymouth. This time we dealt with Chloe, who was passionate, timely and professional once again. We can't thank Chloe enough for all her hard work completing within 9 weeks which went so very smooth and updated us constantly throughout the process. Thankyou to Matt and the whole team at Bradley's who we met along the way. Would highly recommend and definitely use their services again

Dear Mr White, we take our customer experience very seriously and whilst sorry that the tenant had to move on, would like to explain that we do not own the properties we let, we manage them on behalf of a Landlord. We therefore act upon their instructions and often have to vacate a property so that the Landlord can themselves move back or require the property to be sold, often situations beyond their control. There are very few letting properties available anywhere, which does make finding anyone a property very hard, however, we hope the tenant was able to find somewhere suitable. It was so nice to be able to get sensible answers and some reassurance when various queries were raised by potential buyers - each of which made me panic!
