GoogleExemplary professionalism and quick process We spotted our flat on Rightmove and called Acorn to see if we could arrange a viewing later that afternoon. Our lettings agent Suzzannah showed great flexibility offering to meet us within hours. She was friendly upon arrival and expertly answered all our questions. We decided to take the flat and Suzzannah was able to communicate our interest to the landlord. From calling Suzzannah to having a viewing and our offer accepted later that evening took less than 4 hours! If that isn't great service then I don't know what is.

She got in touch very promptly following my enquiry and arranged for us to view the chosen flats, and even took the initiative to show us other similar apartments in the area. She is very knowledgeable, professional and always in a happy mood. Would highly recommend!

We dealt with Stuart Challis from Acorn Ltd Estate Agents and he was absolutely amazing - charming, professional, organised and helpful. If you are looking to buy or sell a property in the SE1 vicinity, you should definitely give him a call.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant service! Shirin is extremely efficient at her job, and was pleasant and considerate throughout the whole process. Not only did she assist us in finding a great property, but has been helpful after moving in as well. House hunting can be a painful process in London, but Acorn made it look like a walk in the park. Would strongly recommend.

GoogleI purchased a flat in Borough which Acorn were marketing. The team were very professional and responsive at all times, they acted clearly on behalf of the seller but were able to bridge well to my requirements as a purchaser and overall to make sure that the transaction proceeded smoothly. I was very impressed with Beth and Stuart and the overall team from the first viewing to the end of the process.

GoogleI found the agent I was dealing with (Dammy Ajanaku) extremely efficient and methodical in trying to find me a flat which met my requirement. Dammy made diligent notes regarding my specific needs in a one bed flat as well as my budgetary limitations. I found Dammy to be a highly attentive agent, He returned all my phone calls and emails I never felt neglected or unimportant. He is also highly personable with an engaging personality. I am pleased to recommend Dammy to anyone looking to rent a property. if I ever need to move again he will be my first choice.

GoogleMy wife and I have been potential buyers for almost 2 years now… Not originally from London, we’ve had to canvas many of its boroughs in order to get a sense of place and home for our growing family. The learning curve has been steep and along the way agents have come and gone, without much of an impression. Last week Danny Grey showed us, what we can finally say -could be our new family home. It’s was very clear at the viewing and from discussions with Danny now that his knowledge and expertise will benefit both seller and buyer. We are very impressed by the service he is able to provide us as a buyer [in a sellers’ market] and we wouldn’t hesitate to put his name forward for recommendations.

GoogleWe chose Acorn Forest Hill as we were impressed by Danny's knowledge of the area and passion for his line of work. We thought the estimation of house value met with our own and I believe that Danny and the rest of the team worked hard to realise a sale on our behalf. During the selling process we were kept informed and updated and even on the day of the move, Danny was able and keen to help us when we were delayed (re-Tarmacing our road on move day). I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI recommend Acorn Forest Hill. It was a smooth process with our sale and we were kept updated throughout. They have friendly staff. I mainly dealt with Danny and Louis but when I rang in and they were unavailable, the others answered the phone promptly and were helpful. Danny was our first contact at the company and impressed us with his market knowledge and he has not disappointed with the quick sale of our property.

GoogleWe purchased a house through the Catford branch very recently with Franco (Arikson) and he has been so helpful, always responsive and on the case! It has been a very difficult and very long chain through no fault of Acorn's. It would have been extremely painful had Franco not been so helpful, honest and proactive in making sure all the different people were on the same page. Thanks Franco!!!
