Acorn Estate Agents, particularly I would like to talk about Nathaniel who was the agent that helped me all through the renting process from acorn. Nathaniel was very helpful especially in areas of referencing. He was constantly calling to tell me what next to be done etc. The referencing agent that acorn used were too demanding, but Nathaniel was there to explain things to me for better clarity. Also, I told him the kinds of furnitures I wanted in the house, even the landlord didn’t supply all I asked for, Nathaniel made sure I got 80% of what I asked. In all, my experience with acorn was a nice one. Customer service was good. Thank you Nathaniel for your help all through. Let me not forget to say, I like the finishing of the house.

Oliver and his team at Acorn in Grove Park are wonderful to deal with. We recently bought a house through them and they couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating - even after we moved in and had questions! They kept in touch each step of the process and offered sound advice and help when needed too, but at the same time were never pushy nor intruding. We have no hesitation in recommending that you use Acorn Grove Park. Thank you to Joe and Oliver for making our house purchase as low-stress as it could possibly be!

We worked with Acorn for the first time and we had a good experience overall. Our sales agent, Nathaniel helped us with the search and found us a bunch of different houses that we're looking really good for the value. Considering that we were also in a hurry to find a house really quickly he managed to find a solution and did an amazing job. Thank you Acorn!!

After our original sale through an online agent collapsed, we turned to Acorn Estates in Grove Park, which proved to be an excellent decision. Right from the start, we were impressed by Oliver, the branch manager. He was professional, personable and instilled confidence in us that he would be able to sell our property. Confidence that proved well founded. Oliver made sure he knew everything about the property prior to viewings and prospective buyers were well matched to our property. Nothing was too much trouble, he kept us up to date with events as the sale progressed and was always available to answer questions and make enquiries on our behalf, even playing an active part in the purchase of our new home. Well done Acorn Estates and thank you Oliver and your team.

We switched to Acorn Grove Park to sell our house in Downham last year after a poor experience with another local agency. We were very impressed with Acorn's branch manager Oliver and all his team, they had a very professional approach and a strong work ethic whilst being friendly and approachable. We were kept fully informed at every step, and were always able to speak to someone if we had any queries. Acorn got us a decent price for our house and handled our sale promptly and efficiently. We felt their charges were reasonable.
