GoogleFrom viewing the flat to moving in, Taylors, and more specifically, Abigail, have been nothing but professional and extremely friendly. No ask has ever been too much for them, we arranged a second viewing within a week of the first viewing and Abigail and James were more than happy to facilitate. Abigail was extremely reassuring throughout the entire process and is more than too happy to help after moving in. I have used different estate agents before, but Taylors is really above the rest.

GoogleAs a company we have recently rented 16 Properties from Taylors Cardiff Bay Branch as part of a project in Cardiff Firstly all 16 Properties are of a very high standard and if anyone is looking to rent in Cardiff Bay I would recommend contacting Taylors. Having viewed almost 25 properties with Ashleigh she is very professional, patient and has a fantastic knowledge of the properties that they have available. Having giving her a brief overview of what we were looking for she picked the perfect properties for our requirements. Her communication throughout the process was also excellent We had a very short turnaround on the properties and Taylors were very efficient and had everything organised for our Deadline. From an Admin and contracts point of view Vicky provided excellent customer service, was very organised and was very patient when I required help with certain elements. From the initial contact through to the final handover of all the properties the whole team in the branch have been so helpful and have made the process very easy from my point of view Special mention to Gary the branch Manager - he and his team have been excellent throughout the whole process, Thanks Again Julie

GoogleThe process from Gary taking a first look at my apartment to confirmation that the tenant had collected the keys and was moving in, was handled in an amazingly fast and professional manner. Marketing, a last minute repair, cleaning and preparing apartment, viewings, all the necessary documentation and "red tape," Gary, Ashleigh, Francesca and the rest of the team achieved in just one week. A job brilliantly well done, thank you!

GoogleI just wanted to let you know how impressed I am by your colleague Darren Townsend. Darren liaised with me in 2016 when I moved house, and is currently liaising with me for my new move, hopefully soon. As you can imagine, I have worked with a wide range of estate agent representatives through these periods, both on the phone and for viewings etc. I have now worked with Darren in both these capacities. Darren is an amazing communicator, keeping in touch without being intrusive. He is always helpful, polite and informative, a real credit to your team. GoogleAs new tenants my partner and I were very impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the team. From arranging viewings, signing an agreement and assisting with every question we had (No matter how relevant it was to them) once we had moved in, Taylors were on hand every step of the way to explain the process. Response times have been brilliant and Rebecca Wallis has been very accommodating and helpful to us in our first home.

GoogleStaff at Taylors in the lettings department were very poilte and helpful. Sharna and Jess were who dealt with our move and were great. As there was a builders delay we were delayed moving in however rather than no contact I would have prefered to be kept posted as moving in date was changed affected work etc.

GoogleThe most impolite agents I've ever met, after they are a bit disrespectful they are trying to steal as much as they can from you and I wouldn't recommend anyone this agency.
