We recently used Taylors and cannot fault their service. David was very attentive and would always call and chase up any outstanding matters keeping me informed all the time. He made the process a lot easier from the very first phone call to exchange, making sure I received calls with any information he had before leaving for the day. Thank you David.

I have been immensely impressed with Taylors. Specifically Mohammed's exceptional assistance in selling our property. Throughout the process he has been extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He made sure that he was available whenever needed even when he was away on a holiday to ensure that everything was under control. Everything was done in the timescale he promised. He definitely went above and beyond by keeping his commitment. He is an asset to Taylors and I will definitely recommend them.

Lettings nearly always goes to answer machine, and they don't respond to messages. Been without hot water for 4 days now and as its a bank holiday weekend now I'm sure it won't be resolved any time soon. Been waiting 2 months for a smoke detector and was supposed to be informed whether some decorating work was to be completed and heard nothing.

They did not take the time to respond to my rental enquiries. I am disappointed as I believed Taylors to be a reputable name. Update: I heard from the Northampton branch, but they then ignored my response. The flat I was interested in has now been let. I regret to say that the service I have received has been dreadful.

I left 3 messages to arrange a viewing for a house to rent, nobody returned my calls until a week later l. We arranged a viewing but nobody appeared. When I called the office I was informed that the house had been let at the weekend. Very poor communication. Very poor service.

If I could give it zero star, I will. They let a house and never thought to call me to cancel my viewing for the same house. I traveled for 2hrs to get there only to be told "we're sorry". I am very disappointed.

Do not trust this company to manage your property. I engaged them because I live 300 miles from the property in Cardiff Bay so inspections by me were not possible . They checked the tenant out despite being 1 month in arrears. Expensive furniture had been removed from my apartment by the tenant and Taylors refuse to accept to accept it was their responsibility to notice the inventory they drew up on check in did not match on check out. I am now pursuing the matter with the property ombudsman.

We recently purchased our first house through Taylor’s estate agents. From start to finish the service and support we received was fantastic. If ever we had any queries our questions were clearly and quickly responded to. Chantelle helped us organise our mortgage and explained everything clearly on each step of the way which was so useful as first time buyers. We were worried that purchasing a house would be daunting and stressful but the experience we had with Taylor’s made it completely the opposite. We would highly recommend them.

I have found Taylors to be helpful, patience, flexible about attending appointments and managing the whole process of finding a tenant, and reassuring me about how little I have to do as a landlady! They have worked well with the Sales team to give me time to make a clear decision about whether to sell or let my house, and have offered clear advice about this, which tells me I have made the right decision. They have local contacts and taken on most of the hard work in preparing my house for letting, which is such a valuable service.

Taylors have provided an amazing service, from the first point of contact (Thanks Amir) to continuously keeping us updated until the sale of our property (Thankyou Ian). All staff have great customer service skills ( including Jawad, Adam, sorry can’t remember all the rest- getting a bit old) and always provide a service with a smile. I would definitely recommend them.
