I had the pleasure of dealing with Ifzal as my mortgage broker. All the process was explained to me in details and all my questions were answered. Me and my partner are first time buyers, we spoke to Nicholas the mortgage advisor and we could not have asked for anyone better! We knew minimal information about mortgages before meeting Nich, but Nicholas has been an absolute gem helping us find the best that suits us and our situation. Nicholas is always in contact with myself and my partner if we need any support or need updates on anything. I would seriously highly recommend him to anyone! Just moved into my new flat and couldn’t be happier for a new start~ Emily has been fantastic from the very start and, frankly, was one of the reasons I decided to sign on the flat. Received multiple unsolicited marketing letters from this estate agent despite our property already being listed and now sold. I’ve had no prior contact with them, and no other agents have been this persistent. Feels excessive and a bit pushy to be honest.

The staff at Taylors were extremely helpful when I was hunting for a rental property. Viewings were organised promptly, while minimising disruption to the current tenants. Our offer was then processed and discussed with the landlord within a day of our application. I am grateful to the staff for their courtesy and kindness throughout our interactions.
