GoogleAwful estate agent. We were in contact with them almost 2 years ago to have our property valued. We since decided not to list or let, which I have told them multiple times but I’m still being hounded with calls 18 MONTHS LATER!! I’ve requested on numerous occasions that they stop calling me and have actually blocked them, but that doesn’t stop them from being able to leave answer phone messages which they still do weekly! Terrible sales practise. They are awful pests that will harass you until the end of time. Avoid!

GoogleSales care was good and communicative as it was only one team I had to deal with.
As a landlord, the team who now manage my property from a repairs perspective are not the quickest at replying to my inquiries. The direct number for repair issues always goes through to an answering machine and emails always seem to take a long time to get a reply to.
Someone in the lettings team is always avaliable but can't necessarily answer the questions as it's not their department.
