GoogleIt’s our first time to rent and we are so thankful we came across their Agent “Sean P. “ who made our experience with the process very smooth and reliable. He is a star! He is very professional, helpful, friendly and caring as he promptly addresses any concerns or questions we ask, and this goes alongside his team (manager and staff) as they are all very supportive and always willing to help their customers. Overall, we are satisfied and we highly recommend this agency!

GoogleI rented a 2 bed room flat through Taylors.I am very happy that ai got a home which i really wanted to be like.The staffs in wd 17 high street Taylors brach were very good.I must say about Mr.Mohammed Njie who works in this branch.He was very helpful,very patient to answer all my quaries.I was able to rent the flat smoothly with the help of him.I have to mention about Mr.Jonathan,he is very friendly,polite and approachable.Thanks to Taylors team for finding me a good flat.I am waiting for sooner to buy a home through taylors in near future.Thank you Taylors once again.

GoogleI worked with Muhammed Njie, and in todays market, attitude is the key. This young man was extremely courteous, helpful, and wanted to go the extra mile to help. Whilst some other agents just did viewings to keep their word, Muhammed went above and beyond, helping me work through my criteria of house search, and proposed options. I know he will do well, as long as he has the fire in him to succeed. I wish Muhammed the very best.

GoogleI have used Taylors for selling and renting my property. Both teams are so friendly and helpful, in particular Jonathan, Lauren, Jack and Grace. They're always there to answer any question pretty much straight away and I've never had to chase them for anything promised! Will definitely be continuing to use them for renting and any other sales!

We incurred few issue along the way, but they have always been positive and try their best to sort everything out as smoothly as possible. GoogleI have been chasing my deposit back for 2 months. Avoid this agency at all cost. The only reason why they have so many stars is because they push people to give them review after moving in, after that they completely ignore you. Message for tenants: If they ask you for a positive review once you move in please wait till you tenancy ends and do it afterwards, for those that are thinking about using this agency there are much better options. I cannot believe I have been waiting 2 months to get my deposit back. They also sent my personal details to Swalec that is now chasing me to pay the electricity for the property I have never lived in( they damaged my credit from 992 to 980). I spent hours if not days trying to get my money back plus chasing Swalec to cancel my account at the property I have never lived in. If you are buying house think about this twice, if they are not capable of dealing with tenants think what happens if they make mistake dealing with sale of the property( yes you might lose money for solicitors, definitely not worth it).

She has a real understanding of what we are looking for and is super helpful at making suggestions of how best we could utilise the space to suit our needs. GoogleJust wanted to say a big thank you to Kishan and the team for getting my purchase over the finishing line. I recommend these guys to every person and their dog who need an estate agent in the Northampton area! My purchase was complex and had a few twist and turns on the road to completion, but Kishan and the team were efficient, proactive and courteous at all times. They got the purchase completed and solved all issues promptly, with very little input from myself (exactly what I hoped for!). Communication was perfect with regular updates and regularly pushing the conveyancers to keep the purchase progressing. I couldn't have asked for more from these guys! Seamless from start to finish.
