Really disappointed with Taylor’s after their initial ‘sell’ to me with a great agent I was passed around so many different people. I had to constantly chase for updates and was also asked to reach out to a buyer myself, which felt really inappropriate. They told me they were getting no response but I got a response in 10 minutes. They seem to be stuck in the old days of only being able to communicate via phone, reluctant to send emails or text messages. An incredibly frustrating experience and only 1 viewing in 6 months despite all their ‘marketing techniques’ which mostly consisted of asking me to drop the price.

Chris deserves a special mention for the incredible help and guidance he provided from the very beginning. From showing me different properties and helping me understand my options, to giving me honest advice and supporting me in making my final decision, he was always patient, approachable and professional. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided valuable advice and was always available whenever I needed help or clarification. His support and guidance made the whole process much easier and gave me confidence throughout my property search and purchase. I would also like to give a special thank you to Boyd, particularly during the later stages of the purchase. Whenever there were delays or I needed an update or a push to keep the sale moving forward, Boyd was extremely helpful in communicating with the seller's solicitors. He followed things up, escalated matters when necessary and helped me get the answers I needed. His persistence and communication were greatly appreciated and helped keep the process moving towards completion. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, communication and dedication shown by the Taylors team. Buying a property can be a stressful and complicated process, but having people who were willing to listen, communicate and genuinely help made such a difference. A special thank you to Chris for his support from the very beginning and to Boyd for his efforts in getting things over the line. Both are a real credit to Taylors, and I would happily recommend Chris, Boyd and the whole Taylors team to anyone looking for professional, helpful and supportive service when buying or selling a property.

My sister and I felt from the beginning we were lied to! Ok the guy who came to the house and showed us the whole process from start to finish really bigged themselves up, this is why we chose Taylor’s, but when you are told they have a cash buyer and there is no chain our end, the buyer is an investor and it should be done quickly we believed them, it took 5 months! Then on the day we got the deal around 4pm when we’d had enough and our cut off point was 5pm, my sister had updates from Taylors, I didn’t, we are joint owners, when going into Taylors they lied and said they had tried to get in touch with me, I had only once received correspondence from them! If I was anyone I’d give them a miss!

Misleading Furnished Property & Inaccurate Contracts. ​Renting through Taylors Roath was a highly frustrating and misleading experience. I secured a property marketed as "furnished" and paid the non-refundable holding deposit. Only after I was financially locked in did I discover the property lacked basic necessities: the bedrooms had bare bed frames with no mattresses, curtain poles with no curtains, and absolutely no wardrobes. ​Furthermore, the administration was careless. The official occupation contract explicitly named OVO Energy as the active supplier, but the physical meters were actually registered to British Gas, causing immediate billing confusion. I strongly advise demanding a fully itemized inventory before handing over any money to this agency.
