GoogleAgency demanding £660 to exit tenancy after being good tenants for 15months, even though we requested a break out clause at the start. Horrible service towards tenants. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!!

GoogleWhen I wanted to sell a home I had rented in Northampton a Henry Slade from Taylor’s was there…with some good advice….and with support from their auction arm (IAM SOLD) it was sold within just 12 weeks. The whole process was hassle free….i never had to visit the property again…..they were great. If you need to sell a property on the quick, and as seen, I recommend you approach Henry Slade and his team at Taylor’s in Northampton.

GoogleAt the start of the year me and my partner were looking at buying our first home, we had many viewing on different houses by different people however we recently had a viewing done on house by Hollie. we never felt more at ease for putting an offer in. Hollie was very informative, so confident and overall fantastic. We felt so comfortable knowing Hollie had gave us so much details on the house, some we wouldn’t even think of asking but is good to know. Now having our offer accepted Hollie has been so helpful with the next steps and is always working super hard to make sure everything is getting done.
