Pretty poor to be honest. On more than one occasion they have contacted me about property. Each time the property is NOT in the area we had been looking to move into. I am only doing this review because once again I have been contacted and once again I have had to repeat my requirements. They do not list and do not appear to keep records of client requirements.

All about unreliability! after viewing one, we said we wanted to take it and were told that they would call asap. And didnt get any news. When we called them, they said its gone . Now What we can see is that one is still on market and available. No need to lie, no need to reveal your secret business to all if u dont wanna do what u r doing actually!

I had never sold a property before so was very nervous and probably the most annoying seller with all my questions and chasing however the guys are full of knowledge and kept me up to date with all feedback from viewings and also feedback with how the property was doing online. we are now SOLD subject to contract and just want to say a big thank you to everyone in the office!

Put an offer in on a property and drove 60+ miles to get all relevant documents to Taylors so we could take it off the market and we NEVER had a phone call back to say if the offer had been accepted or not. The agents were very patronising …

Tried to trick me into setting up a standing order a month early when i moved in, next 2 years were okay, then now with no prior notice, i come home to workmen in my flat, which they've left in a mess and gone through my personal possessions such as wallet, notebooks etc. Disgusted. Tenant's rights? Not with this lot

Hi Shaun, thank you for your review. Regarding the standard mandate form, tenants need to instruct their bank on the start of their contract date, so we can't possibly charge you a month prior. I can assure you that we have taken this matter very seriously and made note that you would prefer to be present on any future works or repairs. However, concerning your allegations, we could not find any evidence of your claims given the contractor’s impeccable reputation. The technician is question has been in countless properties over the numerous years he has been working with us and we have never had such similar allegations made. We have not dismissed the situation however no evidence of wrong doing has been presented hence it would be hard on us to make any other judgement. We can only assume there was no intention as the contractor would never displaced anyone’s items unless it was absolutely needed or by accident. My partner and me used taylors to buy our first property. Taylors made us feel valued as first time buyers helped us through every step of the process which seemed very nervous, confusing and complicated at times but they were there to reassure us through the stages and they were always there to help us whenever we needed them. We would highly recommend their mortgage adviser (Danny) as he was able to search the market for a mortgage that suited us and we didn't need to go up and down the high street to find one. Adam the Branch Manager was a great presence in our purchase showing that they take great pride at all levels and no sale is too big or too small we felt at ease with them. We plan on buying another house in the next coming years and would highly recommend Taylors.

I'd happily recommend the Taylor's branch at Sandy. The team were professional and friendly. The house sold very quickly thanks to their proactive efforts at contacting prospective buyers. Communication throughout the process was prompt and effective. I'm glad we used them and I'm delighted that they helped us achieve the best possible price for our property. I considered several estate agents when deciding to put my house up for sale, but opted for Taylors because I was impressed by their professionalism and confidence in selling my house. They told me they had several potential buyers interested in my type of house and, almost as soon as I opted for them they were sending people to view my house. The person who bought it had viewed my house before it was put on Taylors website. So in reality they sold it before advertising it, which is impressive. I was very satisfied with the service they provided.

Scott Rose of Countrywide is the best mortgage consultant anyone could hope to work with. He is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, he will put extraordinary amounts of time and effort into getting you the best possible deal and explaining the whole process to you throughout. He is someone we have now dealt with twice, following him to his new location in Watford, and we have come to hang on his every word in both transactions. Without him a very fraught purchase would have been an absolute nightmare, instead his skill helped us save money and his good humour also put us at ease at many tricky moments. We cannot praise him highly enough. Thank you Scott.

Professional, pro-active and lots of initiative. I booked in to view one property and based on this Kieran suggested another which was exactly what I was looking for and ended up buying. Dealing with the solicitors was tortuous and the sale would not have gone through but for Rob's exceptional pro-activity at stepping in and doing all the chasing the solicitors were so ineffective at doing. Couldn't recommend Taylors highly enough.

Taylor's have been great from start to finish. They did a lot of leg work especially to get our house sold within 5 days of being on the market. Then Caroline took over making sure we were kept in the loop at every stage of our house sale. Everytime she spoke to us it felt like she had been assigned to our case and our case alone. Their communication skills are amazing I can't fault them! If we move again we will definitely be using Taylor's.
