GoogleI am in the middle of selling a property, I accepted a good offer last week when it had been on the market for almost a month which included Christmas. Throughout the process I have found the staff at Taylors to be friendly, efficient and courteous. They produced a very nice coloured and accurate brochure and showed 4 prospective buyers round. The most recent made a sensible offer within 24 hours. I am using solicitors associated to Taylors who are equally good. I recommend Taylors highly.

GoogleTaylor's sold our property quickly , we had 12 viewings within 3 days of going on right move and multiple offers then followed very quickly after. Even when the first time it failed, the second time they had 10 viewings in three days and 3 offers in a matter of a week. Very impressive. My only caution is not to use conveyancing solicitors recommended by Taylor's as our buyers used them and they were poor in comparison to a local solicitor. Ricky and in particular Daniel however were fantastic throughout.

GoogleFrom first meeting to completion the staff at Taylors and particularly Lewis have been so helpful. During a sale arising from probate they have been communicative patient and trustworthy. I don't live in this area so this agent has done so much more than I could ever expect to expedite the sale and at a very reasonable price. I thoroughly recommend this agency. GoogleHorrendous company. We rented a property via them. It was the worst time of our life. Problems kept arising but they were useless at getting them fixed. When we moved in we were without a cooker for 8 weeks. They blamed the landlord but as they are the property managers they needed to take part responsibility. In our time there we had a collapsing fence in the garden that never got fixed, no heating or hot water for 2 weeks forcing us to move out due to having a 3 week old baby! When we complained we were told we were impatient. We also had them slag us off by putting a note on the system calling us difficult. I urge you to use other companies. As I was told multiple times they don't work for the person renting but for the landlord so they don't answer to us or have to help us they are on the landlords side! Absolutely useless. No one had a back bone or seemed to have any clue what was going on.

GoogleHaving a very poor landlord experience with another Estate Agent, I decided to look at Taylors as an alternative property letting company. I was so pleased that I took the decision early... From dealing initially with Nicole, it was totally clear that Taylors were a highly professional agency that cares about their landlords and tenants. Currently being in Australia. managing logistics was a challenge with the time differences and other commitments. This is where I was extremely lucky to work directly with Chloe as my key lettings negotiator for the letting of my property. From the minute I spoke to her, Chloe's enthusiasm to support shone through. Chloe managed the letting seamlessly, and always maintains the highest levels of support expected, for supporting myself as a first time landlord. GoogleWe found Taylor's service impeccable from start to finish, there staff were very friendly and helpful and kept us informed all the way along our house sale, they also sold it a lot quicker than we could of ever imagined.
