GoogleVery Professional service from Taylor’s . No negative issues at all . Would suggest that Countrywide Solicitors improve on the updates process to make sure customers are kept up to date with progress during the legal process . I am happy now that they were doing what they could to speed up the process but at the time felt a little frustrated due to lack of communication on hold ups . I know we are all busy but more communication would have been appreciated and I am sure it would help the customer focus category greatly .

GoogleGary Hancock dealt with early contract termination of our tenant professionally whilst taking a fair approach to both ourselves as landlords and the leaving tenants. We had excellant communications in what was a difficult situation. Highly recommend Taylors at Mermaid Quay.

GoogleTotally rubish , bunch of doing NOTHING ppl £700 for checking after that , I don’t know what thay taking money for . Checking takes longer than it should for start , I had stay in hotel for 3 days Promise that they will call you back they never do . Extansion agreemeant left it on the desk in office , never send of to a head office , putting Me 3 month later on rolling contract . Fixing a toilets takes a month , water was flowing constantly , thay told me ...yeaaa but it still works ... GoogleIt is rare to find oneself in a position to praise the strengths of an industry usually frowned upon, however I must give lots of compliments and appreciation to the staff at Taylors in Oxford for negotiating our mortgage and selling my fiancées property. Assisting in our new purchase. I must point out the two members of staff who we feel worked above and beyond and tirelessly to help our house sale and purchase go through seamlessly, Sophie Kennard (Negotiator) and Gemma Leavey (Mortgage Advisor). They are a credit to your organisation and we know without their help and commitment we would have struggled to meet our completion day. Well done Oxford branch. Very professional and always step up to the mark to get the job done.

GoogleVery disappointing experience. I booked a viewing for a property with Taylors and the agent didn't show up. I called their office twice (left two voicemails) and waited outside the property in the cold for half an hour. No one from Taylors got back to me on the day of the viewing, a Saturday, despite their offices being open. A few days later one of the other agents at Taylors emailed to ask how I thought the viewing had gone! I explained what had happened and asked why no-one turned up. Unsurprisingly, I didn't get a reply. Awful service.

GoogleDrove 90 miles to view a property that was listed the previous day. Received a phone call en route to say property was "sold" I had been told there were no other viewings that day, and the property was only publicly listed on rightmove on Wednesday. When I asked why i would not get the opportunity to attend my scheduled viewing and place a higher offer i was told... They have accepted an offer from a cash buyer, I pointed out that I was also a cash buyer. Sales negotiator then told me he would speak to the vendor and call me back. He then called back and forgot what he previously said and went on to say they had advised vendor to go with previous offer because they were using Taylors in house mortgage broker and solicitor. I pointed out that this was not what he said before and that this meant they were not interested in getting the best price for the vendors property. I then asked to speak to the sales manager who told me he would call the vendor personally and call me back. He didn't. I called him back. And he eventually said viewing should not have been booked in. I pointed out that if the property sold for more money, Taylors would make better commission. Oliver told me.. "It wouldn't make any difference as they were on a fixed commission" a fixed commission? That's not the sales process listed on the website This was on a Thursday during half term and I had to bring my disabled 8yr old child on a 180mile 4hr round trip. Dont believe for a second he called a vendor of an empty property and told them he had a cash buyer willing to pay more than previous offer and that ..the vendor said "oh no I don't want anymore money for my property:" Bottom line. If you sell through them they won't get you the best price for your property. They will sell it to "mates" OR pocket investors. If you try and buy through them. They will waste your time and petrol and insult your intelligence. You have been warned. If you are the vendor of a property in wellingborough and you just sold through Taylors...they have not acted in your best interests, and you have missed out on £1000's... Not what I would want if I sold my own property Sales managers name is Oliver... so is the mortgage brokers. I look forward Taylors public response.

GoogleBy far the worst estate agents I have ever had the misfortune of using. Their communication with us has been less than frequent (never) unless it was instigated by us. It was ourselves that sold the house not the agent. The poor service that has been offered by Taylors is one of the reasons why we decided to withdraw our house from the market, we where not paying for a service that we have never received.

GoogleWhat an amazing experience we received from Taylors, we were on the market with a local agent in Watford for 3 months and had no interest. We then went on the market with Taylors and instantly I noticed the difference in service, the two chaps, Lewis and Taylor were absolutely brilliant! We sold within the first week for an outstanding price, can not thank Taylors enough, I will surely be recommending Taylors to everyone!!!!

GoogleCompletion on my house went through today. I chose Taylor's over other Estate Agents due to their professionalism and experience. Taylor's have been very helpful from initial visit to completion today. Will, Tara, Jackie, Ric and team were on hand to help with any queries I had and assist where required, even visiting my property when the buyers wanted to view again whilst I was away. So thank you to Taylor's. I would highly recommend them when selling your home.
