Great for wanting a sale communication beyond that for repair reports etc not great and watch for garden issues that won’t be resolved when no drainage and mud pits

I would not recommend buying here if you own a car or plan to in future. The council plans to introduce a bus gate on the main entrance/exit road, which will severely restrict vehicle access for residents and make everyday driving much more difficult

We moved into our new home built by Taylor Wimpey in December 2025 and overall we’re really pleased with the experience. The buying process was straightforward and the team were helpful throughout, keeping us updated as the build progressed. The house itself is finished to a good standard and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into the design of the development. It’s a very nice place to live, the area feels well planned, quiet and friendly, and we’re really enjoying settling into our new home. Like with most new builds there have been a few small issues to raise along the way, but these are being looked at and we’re hopeful they’ll be resolved. Overall we’re very happy with our home.
