GoogleBooked a visit to a show house - went to this development a couple of hours early to look around. What an eyesore! The place is this weird mix of faux Georgian homes that look like the homes you would find in Bath. But it’s obvious they are fake. Then there are the quasi modern homes in what is laughingly known as the “urban quarter”. This feels like any other modern estate with not enough parking.
Access is a nightmare. You either have to queue your way through Plymstock or Plympton before you queue your way into or out of Sherford. There are no shops, no heart, no soul. It is an utterly joyless place trying to be something it is not.
We cancelled the show house visit. No matter how great the deal, nothing could persuade me to live in this miserable place with its fake architecture.

GooglePoor. A member of staff was supposed to give me a call as per the online callback procedure and did not. I attended the office at the time agreed and this was a negative experience. I left with no clear next step, other than a phone call from another company. I left as informed as when I arrived and feel as if I wasted my time. There was no opportunity to speak to anyone about my plans or intentions and was not supported.
I would have been better off going elsewhere.

GoogleDo not buy any property in Sherford. They are all managed by Firstport which is the biggest con! They will charge you endless amounts and cause you the biggest headache and stress! If you are in the process of buying it urge you to pull out now. Developers need to stop using them.
