GoogleThe sales office is highly professional, but the problems start the moment you move in. Despite being new builds, the properties have numerous defects, some showing shockingly poor construction quality. The customer service team responds at an extremely slow pace, when they respond at all. Emails and texts often go unanswered for weeks unless you constantly chase them. Even simple issues take months to resolve, and poor coordination leads to repeated missed appointments and last‑minute cancellations that waste residents’ time.
There’s no accountability for the ongoing inconvenience, and the company hides behind the warranty period while reacting so slowly that many people end up handling repairs themselves.
You expect better from an award‑winning developer, but the experience falls far short. I moved into a new build four months ago, and most residents have been dealing with the same issues for months. I wouldn’t recommend it.

GoogleDon't buy here. Massive regret. The quality of work is poor, the building already looks like it's been in operation for five-ten years, and it's not being properly cleaned. The lifts are appalling, and deliveries are scattered all over the place downstairs with no security. Residents let their dogs pee in the courtyard and treat the place poorly. Everything seems to be built cheaply - sinks are tiny, there's no storage in the bathrooms, the internet is expensive (you can't just sign up with any provider), and Metropolitan, who are in charge of heating, is also expensive. Even in these summer months, our minimum bill is over £50. And you have to pay a service charge for the public square, we’ve been paying for it for almost 12 months, even though it only opened a couple of days ago. It’s a space we can’t even protect from damage/vandalism as it's public.
