GoogleThe sales team at the development are good however the after care customer service is appalling!! Been waiting over 4 months for my worktop to be replaced. Called every week to be advised I would receive a call back but never did. Today was the last straw to be told no note were saved then having jade hang up on me! Don’t waste your time

GoogleWill be better when site is finnished although the people we went to visit seems to have to wait a long time to get things put right that go wrong e g plumbers to rectify a water leak perhaps this could be sorted out if you don't have enough staff to do this I suggest you employ more
