GooglePoor aftercare support with long delays. I've had to constantly chase for updates on reported issues, and callback requests have been repeatedly ignored despite being escalated several times.
After raising a formal complaint about how a defect was being handled, the customer support complaints handler failed to follow their own complaints process. I'm very disappointed with the aftercare service provided.
After informing them that the garden flooded, they responded "There is no defect within the garden"

GoogleVisited these homes with my American cousins, as they are seriously considering moving to the UK. I have to say these homes are beautifully constructed with many modern features. My youngest cousin particularly liked the 3 bedrooms with the entire top floor dedicated bedroom. My only concern was the views of other houses and the road noise, but other than that, they were very nice and much nicer made over the opposite housing site.
