GoogleUntrustworthy! 5 months in new home and still snags not rectified, including where I've paid for upgrades and they were damaged and still not replaced. They give you the sales pitch how its going to be the perfect house and any issues they will rectify and its all hot air! So many appointments to repair issue and half the time they failed to turn up costing me valuable time off work. The site manager told me at a meeting half way through the build how they put so much insulation in and especially in the bathrooms so you would never hear anyone, completely untrue and you can hear someone peeing wherever you are in the hoise. Additionally large Scrape approx 10inch x 1inch on lounge window and they refused to replace it as I reported it after 7 days and they said its outside the 'window' they allow and so it's classed as cosmetic. Currently just starting the process to go to the ombudsman.

GoogleNewly built homes and almost all bought out by the wave of Hong Kongers pouring in. Locals have little or no chance of getting a mortgage on these over inflated properties (Thanks mostly to the HK paying over the odds by 20%. The warehouse managers/owners on both of omega sites must be rubbing their hands with glee with the new work force coming in.
