GoogleThe only, new development in Sutton Coldfield, a lovely lady welcomed us and gave a tour of the house and explained every tit's and bits but houses are too small and overpriced. That was disappointing. Access is easy .

GoogleLooks like some great houses are being built on this site... nice area.
2/5
GoogleDecent finish on the houses but the overall design is weak. Also take a look at the terrible drainage on the back garden. The house is at the bottom of the hill and nothing is going to grow there apart from moss

GoogleMore homes for the growing population is definitely needed I think the location of this site is good, maybe a bit noisy from the A38 especially at weekends, hopefully there will be good double glazing and quality builds, I will change my review as time goes on with the build
