GoogleSusan is absolutely amazing, we initially wanted to reserve a house with her that had already gone, she was so helpful and we managed to find an even better property which we are now so excited to move into. She was so knowledgeable and seemed genuinely invested in helping us, saying she was excited for us which is lovely. She went above and beyond and is an absolute asset to the team!!!

GoogleWe've visited several developments and Silvano is the best staff ever, treated us properly, showed the properties, really made an effort to sell, if it was only for the staff, I would buy there. It's a shame Taylor Wimpey has a bad property layout, no Windows on bathrooms, we can't pay to add some options and some properties, even not being the cheaper models, are 0 kerb appeal.

GoogleStay away.. Absolutely shocking customer service.. Rude and not helpful.. It's all about the profit for them... Family much regretting buying the house here.. Wish we had stayed in our old house
