Don’t buy a house here. Once they have your money and you are moved in, the customer service is shocking. I’ve had two new build before and never experienced service like this before. We are struggling to get any progress on most snags and all they do is mask the issue.

Jodie in the sales office has a terrible attitude. If you don’t like your job, find another. Terrible service.

Not to impressed with service really opening times on door were till 17:00 we got there for 15:30 and there was a closed sign on the door, there was staff in there but they just blanked us out and were not prepared to speak to us. Won't be going to any other Taylor Wimpey ever again. Let's face it there are others out there that build new homes.

Excellent customer service from Tyler again. Nothing was an issue even when I popped in without an appointment.
