GoogleJanuary 2018 myself and my family saw a property advertised with Stags, we all fell in love with it and started the ball rolling with having to sell two properties to be able to make the purchase. 33 weeks later we were moving into the property !! I can honestly say if it hadn't been for the professionalism / patience and determination of senior negotiator Ms K Lawrence we wouldn't have pulled this move off so a BIG thank you.

GoogleHilary Hook is very personable, always gets back to you and was instrumental in progressing the purchase of our property. The sale took almost 11 months from start to finish as the sale twice fell through . Exchange of contracts was proving problematic but Hilary facilitated by keeping to the task and liaising with all the parties in the chain. Overall Hilary did an exceptional job and is a credit to Stags.

GoogleI have had stags as an agency before and they have done two visits within two months!! The first visit was absolutely fine and nothing wrong and now they are demanding a second! This is NOT in the tenancy agreement at all and I feel like they are trying to get me to move out before my contract has ended! The visits every month is NOT what I signed up for! Absolutely ridiculous people at stags in Dartmouth and I am absolutely fuming that they are trying to push us out!!

GoogleI went to Stags after a very abortive experience with another Taunton agent. They were enthusiastic from the start and did what they said they would do. As I no longer occupied the property they did all the viewings and kept me fully informed of events. It was a long and somewhat tortious process but it had a happy ending and I was very satisfied with Stags and their staff. Oliver Dunthorne

GoogleStags have been amazing. We were selling our Holiday Cottage and so lived outside of the area, and on a few occasions have helped us obtain meter readings and recommended local removal people. They definitely went above and beyond.

GoogleWe have been looking for a house near Exmoor for over 3 years and so have got to know everyone at Stag's very well. They have all been so helpful, supportive and nothing is too difficult for them. They quickly learnt what sort of house we wanted and so we always got to see houses very early on when they came on the market. We have finally got the house of our dreams and they steered us through the negotiations brilliantly even though it had been awkward at times. We are very happy that it was through them that we bought our house as we certainly had a very good relationship with them at all times. We couldn't recommend them more highly.

GoogleThe worst estate agents I have ever experienced. Zero communication or update on their behalf when trying to complete a simple task with them. In the end I had to walk away and cancel any further action.

GoogleGreat sales team led by David and Clare. Proactive and energetic, they produced a great brochure with good photos, worked hard to find viable buyers and then stuck with it until the sale was secured.
