GoogleLiterally never respond to viewing requests. Cash buyer with other properties - not a tyre kicker. Bought three other properties in Taunton alone so not a time waster. Messages left, emails sent and nothing. Others have exactly the same experience so not unique. Looking at a 730k property and asked 3 times for a viewing by email. If I was the seller I'd be none too pleased with that. Workshy at best - dodgy at worst. I'll certainly never use them for any sales.

GoogleI have dealt with Simon over the last few years and have always found him totally professional, knowledgeable and with a good sense of humour. When it came to selling our home, the whole team were a pleasure to deal with, passing on information quickly and dealing with problems as and when they arose. We were told the right price and arranged a sale in less than a week. Thanks Will and special thanks to Lynne for her patience! We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Stags!!

GoogleRenting through Stags. I have been impresed with the professionalism of the company itself. I would give stags more stars..but We are having some problems with maintenance in and around the house. I have been into branch a number of times to be told they would get in touch with people to sort it. However I am still waiting to be contacted to have the work booked in. It might well be the workmen at fault here but at the end of the day I'm paying my rent fees in full on time and expect a better overall experience. I have been trying to get things sorted out since we moved into the property in October. We had an issue with privacy at the beginning which has since been delt with. Workmen and the landlady gave no notice of there visits letting themselves in! Builders Tools and equipment had been left in the garage even on the day we were moving all of our stuff in. We had to stack everything out of the way for the builder. After a number of repair attempts from a plumber we are still unable to use the shower, taps including the shower drip, I have had to unblock a sink, one of the storage heater makes a whistleing noise, the TV sockets are not working and outside the fence in the back garden is falling down.
