Stags Tiverton were fantastic throughout my house sale. From start to finish, the process felt personal and professional, and the team at Tiverton Stags were incredibly patient and kind. Lisa was especially excellent at managing the emotional side of the transaction and keeping everything balanced. I can’t recommend Stags highly enough. I was quite nervous at the outset about selling a small residential property, but I would strongly recommend the team for any property sale.

Becky, Charles and Emily @ Stags Tiverton were some of the best agents I worked with in the recent past. Their speed, transparency and willing to advise were top rated and would highly recommend them for all their help in finding a place, probably the best place for me while is working away from home. Huge respects!

Pam the Stags representative in Tiverton Devon showed us around two properties on Weds 15th July. Pam's customer service skills were excellent and she was lovely and very personable. One of the properties she hadn't seen herself and she went out of her way to provide access to all areas of the property. She was knowledgeable and offered up some great ideas, thank you for your support. Cheers, Martin & Carole.

In a class of their own! The Stags team at Tiverton know their stuff. From the moment we met, they very quickly understood what we were looking for, pulling out all the stops to support us in our tricky relocation to Devon. They were very focused on our needs and didn’t waste our time; they introduced us to great properties, helping us to find our forever home. Throughout the process, they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the search area and the state of the property market. We found them highly supportive and prepared to keep in touch with us throughout a tricky negotiation. Nothing was too much trouble for Ed, Charity, Lisa and Jacob. No other agents come close. Thankyou for the help you gave us

Thankyou so much to the Stags team, particularly Hannah and Charles for all the time and effort took to letting 3 of our properties,,particularly the bungalow which was extremely tricky and nerve wracking. We had almost given up hope but were told to wait and the right tenants would appear, as they did! And tenants who actually appreciated the stunning views and completely refurbished property! Hannah was cheerful throughout showing people around. Thank you!

The team at Stags made selling our home not the nightmare I was expecting. From the start when first visiting to value our property, Mel was honest, knowledgeable and gave us realistic advice on the market and where to pitch our property. All the viewings were arranged swiftly without unnecessary inconvenience to ourselves and Jess was always on the ball and made sure feedback was provided whether good or bad. When it came to the actual sale it was clear that Stags were working for us, they treated our potential purchasers fairly whilst ensuring the best outcome for us. I would not hesitate in recommending them.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Stags in Tiverton provided a professional service during the sale of my property. In particular: Jacob, who gave the valuation; Ed, whose local knowledge helped in securing a buyer and Lisa, who was very supportive and helpful in liasing with solicitors in the chain and keeping me informed with almost daily phone calls before reaching exchange. Thanks to you all!

Today we completed on our house which Tiverton Stags helped us to sell. Kirsty has been absolutely fantastic. She has been everything we could have hoped for in an estate agent from start to finish. She was always on the other end of the phone if we needed anything and if she couldn't answer, she would always come back to us promptly. We would get regular updates both via email and phone to fit around us. The support she gave us between offer and exchange was invaluable and definitely got the sale over the line. The process was quick and easy. We would recommend her in a heartbeat for her caring and supportive nature.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
