GoogleI have been most impressed by the service which I have received at the Stage office in South Molton. Rob, Amanda and Beverley have always contacted me about any new developments and have advised me when necessary about what needs to be done at every stage; this was essential for me as I have not bought or sold a property in 39 years. GoogleAfter a really poor experience with another local agent I decided to use Stags and they were absolutely brilliant. It wasn’t a straight forward house to sell for various reasons but within a few months they found me the perfect buyer and got everything moving. Kevin and Natalie were always on hand to ask for advice, and give me useful feedback from viewings etc. I was impressed by the level of detail they knew about the place, really making it feel quite personal. Louise in sales progression was fantastic, especially as I was probably not the easiest person to deal with at times but I really felt like she had a good grip on everything and I could trust her. I am immensely grateful to the whole team at Stags and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleWe own a modest 1 bedroom flat and we weren’t sure if Stags would like to deal with the letting of it. However they were keen and Charlie did an exceptional job, preparing the brochure, marketing, booking in and carrying out viewings, dealing with applications for the property with recommendations over a suitable tenant, taking references and then preparing the agreement. The new tenant moved in 10 working days after the first block of viewings. Amazing service from start to finish! We are so grateful to the whole team.

GoogleWe used the Tiverton office of Stags to sell a modest 2 bedroom semi which they had previously for us. We assumed they might not be interested in selling such a type of property but Jacob and his colleagues were keen to act and did an excellent job to obtain the full guide price and then kept us posted the whole way through the legal process.

GoogleIt all began last summer with a straightforward contract with the Stags team to sell a family house. Measurements taken and splendid brochure prepared, ready to go. Then it was discovered the roof had to be replaced! A slight delay perhaps and the property could be on the market early Autumn. Not so, nature intruded bringing months of rain preventing the completion of the new roof. Throughout the winter months we kept in touch with James and Sarah. At last, with a handsome new roof, the property was ready to market in Spring and selling began in earnest with Myles co-ordinating viewings. We were kept informed throughout and after two weeks the property was sold. A shared bumpy experience with an excellent result. Well done Stags!
