GoogleAfter a really poor experience with another local agent I decided to use Stags and they were absolutely brilliant. It wasn’t a straight forward house to sell for various reasons but within a few months they found me the perfect buyer and got everything moving. Kevin and Natalie were always on hand to ask for advice, and give me useful feedback from viewings etc. I was impressed by the level of detail they knew about the place, really making it feel quite personal.
Louise in sales progression was fantastic, especially as I was probably not the easiest person to deal with at times but I really felt like she had a good grip on everything and I could trust her.
I am immensely grateful to the whole team at Stags and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

GoogleHaving had my property listed on the market for approximately 5 months with a local agent I had approximately 7 viewings and one offer. The photos and marketing of the initial agent were very bland and communication was when I chased it. Stags took the property to market and had in excess of 15 viewings in the first week and 5 offers within the month. The photos and marketing effort was exceptional. Through no fault of Stags the sale fell through on a Friday afternoon and Stags had viewings the following day with an additional 5 through the week resulting in an offer and eventual sale. The team at Stags Honiton were very professional and communication was very good. There were several people in the office who knew my property and they were able to answer any questions that I or potential purchasers had. I would without doubt use Stags to sell any future property and I think that any local company would struggle to match the service they provided.
