We had a very positive experience with Claire, Naomi, and the team at Stags, Wellington throughout the purchase of our home. They were professional, reliable, and friendly from start to finish, and consistently went above and beyond to help keep the process moving smoothly. There were some stressful moments along the way, but their excellent communication and support made a real difference. They always kept us informed, returned calls when they said they would, and were a reassuring presence throughout. We are very grateful for all their help and would highly recommend.

Great communication with stags in regards to moving into a rented property. We viewed the property and within a month we moved in. No question was too much and it was very smooth and easy process. Would definitely recommend and look forward to working along side stags during our tenancy.

Excellent service from the Wellington office. They quickly found a tenant for my rental house, smoothed the way for the formal bits and clearly explained the changes in new landlord regulations. I’d use their services again!

I have bought and sold with Stags for a number of years, they are always highly professional and polite with a personal approach. The most recent sale has just been finalised following a particularly difficult process which without the Manager Claires exceptional profesional skills and determination i doubt would have achieved an exchange of contracts. Also of special mention is Addie who as usual can be totally relied upon.Well done Wellington team !

As a buyer, I have to give the guys at Stags a full five stars. From the start, Addie kept in regular contact with me and communication was professional, with just the right amount of humanness and humour. She was extremely reassuring, when the process became a tad stressful. When Addie was furloughed, Claire took over and the transition was seamless. Equal credit must go to both, Addie for month's of grafting on both my and my seller's behalf and Claire for getting us over the line, despite the implications of the lockdown. I can not thank them enough. Both are a credit to Stags... do give them a bonus.
