Stags at South Molton have been exceptionally good for a long drawn out move that took a great deal of time to get over the line. They are professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable about their ‘territory’ and each person we interacted with was so responsive and helpful. Shout out to Rob Ayers and Bev particularly for excellent communication and client care

It’s often said that buying and selling houses is right up there when it comes to the ‘most stressful things’ in life…but happily, with the fabulous South Molton team at Stags, our experience was a completely different story… Rob, Adrian and Amanda were always prepared to go the extra mile to help us sell my mother’s house - which was especially important as we didn’t live locally ourselves. In fact, it felt as though we were all ‘partnering’ together as a wider team throughout the experience - helped also by their commitment to always keeping us up to date with what was happening (I’m not a complete control freak but lack of communication can be so frustrating - but this was NEVER an issue with Stags). From popping in regularly to check the post to sorting out a scaffolder and roofer after a winter storm blew several tiles from the roof, the team not only helped organise things to make our lives easier, but they always did so with friendliness, understanding and a welcome sprinkling of humour too. While I’m absolutely delighted that we’ve now sold the house, it’s a bit of a shame that we’ll no longer be dealing with the them …truly, I can’t recommend them enough!

Goodness where do I begin, the staff Amanda Adrian and Rob are absolutely incredible, I have brought and sold 4 houses in my lifetime and can honestly say the whole process was an absolute pleasure my past dealings with estate agents have been to say the least have disappointed me with there dishonesty and not forthcoming but with this team they are the real deal and totally recommend them, thank you Amanda Adrian and Rob your shining stars xx

Rob and the team were absolutely fantastic when it came to assisting us with our house sale in Chulmleigh. We had bought our house through Stags 9 years ago and had dealt with Adrian at the time. We were very pleased to find that he was still with Stags and would be working with Rob to help us again this time around. Although we had not chosen to sell at the best time, the whole team at Stags in South Molton went out of their way to do everything possible to help us market our house in the best possible way (premium listings, advice on strategy, lovely sales brochure etc). This was particularly pleasing as I would guess that our house was one of the more affordable properties on their books at the time with a very modest commission level. After a lot of hard work on their part, we were delighted to sell to a lovely couple in a reasonable timeframe at the offer price. We could not have asked to work with a nicer or more professional team of people.

I have been most impressed by the service which I have received at the Stage office in South Molton. Rob, Amanda and Beverley have always contacted me about any new developments and have advised me when necessary about what needs to be done at every stage; this was essential for me as I have not bought or sold a property in 39 years. When approaching the agent for information on a property in the area, I was fobbed off with excuses without the agent even looking if the property was on their books. I wouldn’t recommend this estate agent, but I would recommend their staff be trained in how to be polite on the phone to potential customers.

We used Stags in South Molton to sell our holiday letting business and house. The transaction was slightly more complicated than the usual house sale but Rob at Stags guided both ourselves and the buyers through the process with consummate ease.
