We had a tiresome year , beset with problems and frustration . Both Lisa and Izzy were marvellous . They worked non stop , replied to our concerns daily and had great concern for us people . We’ve had some ups and downs which was very frustrating .
However thanks to Stags , they have supported, encouraged and remained positive throughout the process , which lifted us a lot which helped when we became despondent.
