A huge thank you to Clare for all her hard work in getting our home sold. From the very start, Clare was always positive, knowledgeable and professional. Unfortunately we had two chains collapse at the bottom end just before exchange, so it took us longer to move than we had originally anticipated. Clare worked extremely hard to keep the rest of the chain together on both occasions, liaising with the other estate agents and solicitors involved in the chain. This was a hugely stressful and upsetting time for us and it was very reassuring to have Clare, and also Michelle, on the other end of the phone, always supportive and providing excellent advice. We are very glad we chose Stags Yeovil as our estate agents, and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have recently sold our house and cannot praise Clare at Stags in Yeovil enough. We had a difficult chain and Clare was proactive throughout, showing the other two estate agents exactly what they should have been doing for their respective clients! Our purchasers even turned to Clare for updates, etc, as their estate agent was pretty useless. So a huge thank you to Clare and to Michelle for all their help and support getting us over the line! On another note, I recommended Clare to neighbours, who wanted to sell their house asap. They were put off by the slightly higher Stags charge, but have been through two other estate agents in over 12 months before finally going with Clare. They spent more on getting rid of the other two agents, than if they’d taken on Stags in the first place with their higher fee. Clare gave our neighbours honest advice, which they followed, and their house has sold within two weeks!

It was an absolute pleasure selling our house through Stags at Yeovil, from beginning to end.
