I purchased my house with Stags and received an absolute excellent service. From the initial viewing with Fran (who was great), right up to collecting the keys at the Bridport branch on the day of completion everything was faultless. Communication throughout the process was second to none. Everyone I spoke with was polite, friendly and professional. Special mention must go to Harriet who I dealt with most. Harriet is a great ambassador for the company and it was always a pleasure to speak with her.

Very poor service and not the service one expects from a Stags office. Thank you for your apology and quick response. After trying to move for 3 years, and being let down on several occasions (when buying), we were over the moon to find our dream home with Stags and we sold our house with Stags too. I feel like they really cared about it and were as invested as we were… I know we pay them commission etc but I don’t think it would all have happened if it weren’t for them. Stags have been in the business for years, know the area inside out and have a great team. They fitted me in to view our house the same day it was advertised and I made an offer the next day. Best avoided I'm afraid. They haven't mastered the tricky art of returning telephone calls. Three times we called to arrange a viewing, three times they promised to call back and yes three times they failed to have the courtesy to make contact, so we gave up with them. Communication is everything when buying houses and I'm afraid Stags just don't get that, so we have happily now moved on to other more professional agents in Bridport who couldn't have been more helpful and actually phone back when they say they will - incredible !

We just completed on a sale in Bridport and chose Stags as we had bought our house with Martin Bowen-Ashwin previously and had been very impressed with all the help and support he had given us. The experience this time was equally impressive with the whole team in the office being very friendly, knowledgeable and offering help whenever needed. Communication was excellent - someone always available on the phone and very quick responses to emails. Stags provide someone to show prospective buyers around your house and our experience was that this was always done very well. Martin chased every aspect of the sale up regularly and updated us. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. We have experience of several estate agents from previous moves and from our purchase on this occasion. None come even close to the quality of Stags. We just can't praise them highly enough and wish every estate agent could be as good.
