Peter & I would not hesitate to recommend Will, Mike and the team at Stags Torquay. Despite the very slow housing market they came up trumps and secured a sale on our property within a matter of weeks after adding our property to their listings. The team supported us at all times and were brilliant at keeping all relevant parties up to date during the conveyancing process. Michael, Will and the team at Stags Torquay were exceptional throughout our house purchase. Their communication was excellent, they were always at the end of the phone or email keeping us regularly updated, always available to answer questions, listened to our concerns and give advice and positive reassurance when needed. When the purchase became more challenging than expected due to complications in the chain (special thanks to Micheal) he was extremely proactive to resolve the issues and kept everything on track by liaising with us and everyone in the chain including our and the seller’s solicitors. We are now extremely happy to say we have our dream house and a big thanks to the team at stags for their dedication, commitment and professionalism given throughout this extremely stressful time.

Estate agents often get bad press but we have to say our experience as buyers with Stags has been nothing short of exemplary. In particular, Noor has been outstanding throughout the process and a joy to deal with, answering all our (many) questions quickly, helping us to find a good surveyor when our first one let us down, and keeping us fully informed as the sale progressed with information on what was going on at all points in the chain. We couldn't have hoped for a more friendly and efficient person to deal with than Noor, she really was fantastic and helped to smooth the way in what can be a stressful house buying process.

From what was a potentially ill fated trip to view properties in the Torbay area, we were thrilled with the three properties that Noor Mohsin showcased and fell in love with the third one, basically changing our lives. Noor was on hand and immediately responsive to the whole process and a good font of local knowledge that made everything go far more smoothly than expected. Her passion for the house (and in fairness for all of them and the local areas) and expert professional relationship with the owner can't be ignored. We asked Staggs to market our piece of land including stables. The valuation process was handled in a very professional yet friendly way by Gary Morris as were follow up conversations Jordan James was mainly assigned with the viewings of which there were many,mostly unsuccessful. He kept us informed of the outcome very promptly and handled our disappointments very well. He was again very professional throughout but very approachable and friendly and also humorous when things didn't always go to plan The negotiation of price when there was interest was conducted well. We did finally sell and this went well although the seizing price was lower than we wanted due to the economic climate. Noor was also particularly helpful when she dealt with us as was Alice. Overall a good experience.

First time buyers... We were speaking with Jordan and Noor for our property purchase, both were very friendly, informative, helpful, no pressure and had plenty of time for us. They were always available by phone, answered emails quickly and made the time for our second viewing etc. I'd like to point out a few things, as first time buyers we'd viewed 32 houses before seeing our first with Stags, we really were turning into a job for kirsty and Phil... We'd viewed a house with every estate agent in the bay and newton Abbot apart from stags and i have to say they were all pressurising, would avoid questions or half answer them, did not make the time for us, and made us feel like we were being unrealistic for wanting a basic house for a reasonable price (covid prices or not) with Stags we felt we had a chance to look and really make a decision which with such a life changing choice makes a huge difference! Noor was always helpful and allowed me to slowly walk around the house and take a full video (apologies I caught you in it Noor) and both her and Jordan were alwsys available for us, even when the purchase was going through the process Jordan was always a help and kept in touch through the process which hugely helped as solicitors do not! Both a true credit to Stags and put our minds at ease 😌 we are both very happy with our house which is currently a building site but something better than what we originally planned for

I was dreading putting our house on the market. It’s usually a stressful and difficult experience. However, Matt and his team in Torquay took much of the stress away . From the very first meeting when we were given a realistic valuation, Matt managed the viewings really well, even in these difficult times. Matt was very patient and helpful at every stage, at the beginning with choosing which photographs to use, then scanning documents to our solicitor and even helping me with some very detailed and complex forms. Stags were great from start to finish, even when doing initial viewings Jordan was clear, and very honest about the pro’s and cons of the house which made decision making much easier.
