GoogleExcellent professional service from beginning to end. Gary, Ethan and the other office members keep us well informed regarding viewings with feedback afterwards. They give 110% effort in everything they were asked to do on behalf of us. Nothing was ever too much to do for them. We have never experienced such a team as at Torquay stags! It’s usually a half hearted affair, but not here! Thank you. Highly recommend above the other Torquay agent I have dealt with in past.

Jordan James our main contact and the other staff in the office were always most helpful, friendly and polite. Stags Torquay is a highly professional office and gives excellent service. GoogleWe tried a very "up market" Estate Agent to sell our property in Torquay, without success. In 2019 we placed it with Stags Torquay and the difference was huge, totally professional staff treated every viewing with importance and we received feedback from every single one within 2 days.
Alice at Stags accompanied most of the viewings and found us a buyer in November from which we achieved almost the full asking price.
We are happy to say we have now found our new home and it was again purchased through Stags. Competing with two other cash purchasers to pay more than the asking price was not the ideal scenario, but both Matt and Alice acted with the utmost integrity and we exchanged contracts within 7 days.
We highly recommend Stags Torquay office and two of our friends are now using them as well.
