Ben at Stags Barnstaple was brilliant from start to finish. He was incredibly professional and really knew his stuff. Nothing was too much trouble. He took the time to understand what I actually needed. He never tried to push properties that didn't make sense, and that kind of honesty is rare. His team were lovely too. Friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist. Supportive, knowledgeable, and you could tell he genuinely cared. Highly recommend asking for Ben and the team if you're buying in the area

Having recently purchased a property through Stags Barnstaple, we cannot recommend the team highly enough. Ben is an expert agent, insightful, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. We have bought and sold many properties in our time and it is rare to find an agent with all of these qualities in abundance. Thanks Ben!

We recently bought a property through stags. Both Zak and Ben were great. They were helpful and quick at getting back to us answering any questions we had. They also helped with mediation between the chain. Highly recommend.

I just have to say how amazing Will of Stags in Barnstaple has been in getting us into our new house. There seemed to be so many obstacles but he smoothed each of them away; any question and he was on it and back with an answer in the blink of an eye. I have moved house a great deal yet have never had an Estate Agent as efficient, cheerful, willing, polite and personable as he has been. Nothing was ever a problem. I think that's what they call a 'can-do' attitude.I hope he never changes. Thanks so much Will. We really appreciate what you did for us.

We have just sold our property via Stags in Barnstaple. In a very tight and difficult market they have been first class. Simon and Zach, as well as the support people in the office, have been excellent - honest, easy to work with, quick and direct - it really has been a pleasure to work with the team over the past months. I have bought and sold numerous properties over the years and Stags are at the top of the list - we can’t thank them enough. It goes without saying that I recommend them! Chris Matchan

So impressed with stags especially Zak who showed us round a property. Perfect gentleman, very knowledgeable on the house , and very honest. Although the property was not for us, we would definitely recommend this agency for selling and buying.

Stags sold us our home recently. Will was a lovely young man who showed us around and was very pleasant and polite. The real work horse though was Lynne, oh my goodness I don't think we'd ever have completed if it wasn't for her chasing the sellers solicitor on multiple occasions and being the middle"man" as it were (and we were the buyers not the sellers). As well as sorting solicitors and other estate agents out she was personable, funny, helpful and a real asset to the team. Thank you Stags, we're in our first bought home together and couldn't have done it without you.

I cannot praise Nick Delicata highly enough for the hard work and commitment he made in ensuring that my property was well advertised and viewed by as many people as possible. Throughout Nick was positive and encouraging and professional. …

Disgusting treatment, emails ignored and no help what so ever. Another GREEDY estate agents clearly only interested in you if your bank balance meets their standards. Trying to get on the rental ladder as a local and this is the treatment I got. Aweful highly avoid! Don't bother responding to my review either!

I have dealt with Simon over the last few years and have always found him totally professional, knowledgeable and with a good sense of humour. When it came to selling our home, the whole team were a pleasure to deal with, passing on information quickly and dealing with problems as and when they arose. We were told the right price and arranged a sale in less than a week. Thanks Will and special thanks to Lynne for her patience! We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Stags!!

I can not praise Barnstaple Stags office enough. Due to circumstances out of their control, our purchase was challenging at times. However, they were professional and supportive throughout with friendly communication. They offered useful advice when times were stressful. Lynne was particularly good, making the whole experience feel very personal. Thank You team Stags

Very pleasant people to deal with. Alex, in particular, did a great job in keeping things moving and keeping me up to date, but the whole team were very helpful and obliging. Thank you!

Ben, in Stags Barnstable, advised me on the purchase of a sea front apartment near Woolacombe. Outstanding service throughout - punctual, answered questions efficiently, nothing was too much trouble. His advice and guidance was much appreciated. Highly recommended.
