GoogleAwkward trying to look at properties in the window when pedestrians and cars are trying to pass on narrow path. But properties were well presented.

GoogleSimon and the team worked so hard for us in a very tricky sale. In difficult times the whole team remained professional and got the job done in very trying circumstances. Personally I would not use another agent as I don't believe you could get better service! Thank you very much for all you have done over the past few years.

GoogleCatherine and Nick were First Class from start to finish. I had tried to sell our 5 bedroom house and Holiday Business myself but it was Stags that attracted the family that eventually bought from us and Catherine that earned Stag's commission by chasing every part of the chain every week. GoogleLovely place to visit ,only thing to spoil it was the actor playing Henry vlll refusing to have a photo with my two autistic grandsons and being really nasty about it , made a complaint to a team manager who couldn't have been more apologetic

GoogleJames, Luke, Alice and Rachel are an excellent team and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Stags for a thoroughly professional service. As a Vendor we were kept informed of the marketing and eventual sale at all times with all of the team pitching in to make sure the sale proceeded as smoothly as possible. Well done Stags!!

GoogleExcellent service from Luke, Victoria and Sophie throughout the whole sales process. Always pleasant and polite to talk to, they dealt with all our queries quickly and efficiently. A really professional service and based on our experience I would recommend them to anyone. The biggest plus of all is that Luke valued our property considerably higher than several other agents and we achieved that figure!

GoogleExpert and professional service from all staff at Stags Estate Agency in Bideford, that is Luke, Victoria and Sophie Our property was sold in the first two days of it being marketed by Stags Bideford. All queries and calls were answered at once and we found all staff to be very knowledgeable in all aspects of the selling and buying processes and all staff had a friendly and approachable manner. GoogleFantastic Service A+ - Kevin and Team - Kevin worked with us from the very beginning of selling our father's farm. He listened to our concerns and opinions and we were kept informed and involved at every stage, even if that did mean juggling to keep 3 different people happy. We would highly recommend stags and the Honiton team for anyone looking to sell/purchase their homes.

GoogleRenting through Stags. I have been impresed with the professionalism of the company itself. I would give stags more stars..but We are having some problems with maintenance in and around the house. I have been into branch a number of times to be told they would get in touch with people to sort it. However I am still waiting to be contacted to have the work booked in. It might well be the workmen at fault here but at the end of the day I'm paying my rent fees in full on time and expect a better overall experience. I have been trying to get things sorted out since we moved into the property in October. We had an issue with privacy at the beginning which has since been delt with. Workmen and the landlady gave no notice of there visits letting themselves in! Builders Tools and equipment had been left in the garage even on the day we were moving all of our stuff in. We had to stack everything out of the way for the builder. After a number of repair attempts from a plumber we are still unable to use the shower, taps including the shower drip, I have had to unblock a sink, one of the storage heater makes a whistleing noise, the TV sockets are not working and outside the fence in the back garden is falling down.
