GoogleI would strongly advise prospective tenants to avoid Stags lettings. If you end up using them, look out for clauses in the tenancy agreement. It's not a standard AST. For example, they will turn up every few months, at a time of their choosing, to poke around your home taking photographs. There are also tenancy end clauses that will require you to spend a small fortune before check-out. If you already rent through them, be sure to take photographs of everything before you hand the keys back and be prepared to fight to get your deposit back via the Tenancy Deposit Service. Worst experience I've had in 27 years of renting.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

GooglePossibly the worst estate agents in Exmoor, behind the experienced and professional exterior is a wealth or poor and unprofessional practice. They are very skilled at talking the talk but when needed did not walk the walk, this put both buyer and seller to considerable expence and months of delays
