GoogleStaggs took over the rental of my property after many years with another agent. The team worked quickly, the paperwork and communication was clear and the whole process was very smooth. High recommended.

GoogleA big thank you to Tess and the team! Their professional, attentive and friendly service gave us the confidence that our property was being well managed and looked after. As first time private landlords, the team guided us step by step through the process and made the whole experience less daunting! Highly recommended! Once again, thank you Team Stags.

GoogleI found Naomi professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the properties I was shown by her. I believe she is quite new in her role as an estate agent and I wish her well with her career. Naomi is breath of fresh air compared to some of the shiny suit slicked back haired with little knowledge brigade! Good luck Naomi you'll be manager before you know it!

GoogleExcellent service and support with achieving our rental in a very difficult market. Staff knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The only improvement we can think of is being introduced to the property by a member of staff shortly after occupation to explain areas such as operation of heating and security systems.

GoogleStags, and Charlie in particular, have been an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole selling process. Charlie has given us us balanced, insightful and enthusiastic feedback from the beginning and it’s been easy for us to put our trust in her professionalism, drive and overall approach. It’s always lovely to feel that someone is on your side - and this is exactly how selling with Stags has made us feel.

GoogleLike another reviewer one month ago, I have multiple times tried to phone the Bridport office about buying a property on their website and they have been 'busy'. Twice I left a message on the answerphone, once I spoke to an office assistant. Not once have they got back to me. It is poor service. I have just sold my father's property and could have been a cash buyer. If you are planning to sell I suggest you use a different estate agent.

GoogleFirst Rate Estate agent, reviewing as a buyer only, we cannot fault them, we have just completed our purchase and will be moving from our rented property very shortly, the help we received has been second to none, excellent communication, defiantly one of the best Estate Agents in the Okehampton area. Our viewing was with the seller, which pleased us as not many agents seem to do this, any questions swiftly answered, very friendly staff. I would recommend Stags above all other agents for anyone looking to move in these testing times.

GoogleI can not praise Barnstaple Stags office enough. Due to circumstances out of their control, our purchase was challenging at times. However, they were professional and supportive throughout with friendly communication. They offered useful advice when times were stressful. Lynne was particularly good, making the whole experience feel very personal. Thank You team Stags

GoogleWe used Stags Barnstable to sell our house in a village just outside Barnstaple, and they were very professional from start to finish. The staff in particular Will/Lynne/Nick/Dave could not do enough to help us sell the house. I would recommend Stags to anyone who who wants a professional, honest, polite and efficient Estate Agent for their house sale.

GoogleStags sold us our home recently. Will was a lovely young man who showed us around and was very pleasant and polite. The real work horse though was Lynne, oh my goodness I don't think we'd ever have completed if it wasn't for her chasing the sellers solicitor on multiple occasions and being the middle"man" as it were (and we were the buyers not the sellers). As well as sorting solicitors and other estate agents out she was personable, funny, helpful and a real asset to the team. Thank you Stags, we're in our first bought home together and couldn't have done it without you.

GoogleHaving recently used Stags Estate Agents (Barnstaple branch) I wanted to convey my absolute gratitude to the whole team involved with my house sale. From start to finish I received excellent market value appraisals and professional and friendly advice. Throughout the whole process Simon Foreman, Will and Lyn (plus others, to many to list) gave me reassurance and guidance. I can not recommend this branch highly enough. I am a very satisfied customer!

GoogleStags have been absolutely brilliant! Not only efficient and reliable, but cheerful and friendly too - which was much appreciated when the sale got a bit hairy. Lynne was excellent - very personable, just what you need. Can highly recommend
