GoogleI have recently purchase some land from Stags and Noor was amazing! She dealt with the whole transaction from start to finish and was always professional and helpful. GoogleWe asked Staggs to market our piece of land including stables. The valuation process was handled in a very professional yet friendly way by Gary Morris as were follow up conversations Jordan James was mainly assigned with the viewings of which there were many, mostly unsuccessful. He kept us informed of the outcome very promptly and handled our disappointments very well. He was again very professional throughout but very approachable and friendly and also humorous when things didn't always go to plan The negotiation of price when there was interest was conducted well. We did finally sell and this went well although the seizing price was lower than we wanted due to the economic climate. Noor was also particularly helpful when she dealt with us as was Alice. Overall a good experience.
Thank you for taking the time to review David. It was a challenging piece, although a beautiful spot where hosting a viewing was always a pleasure. Best wishes, The Stags Torquay team

GoogleStaggs very efficiently marketed our property. Gary not only chose the best way to market it - proved by the higher than expected price at auction - but also handled an unforeseen tricky legal problem with calm and tact. Noor was always very pleasant to communicate with on the phone and by email. I would definitely recommend the Torquay team to anyone looking for an agent in the area.
Thank you for your kind review and choice in having us market your land. It was a beautiful spot and one we thoroughly enjoyed hosting open land events at. Best Wishes The Stags Torquay Team

GoogleWe appointed Stags to market our property and found the whole team to be very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Although the whole process took far longer than expected this is no reflection on Stags and the communication especially from Jordan and Noor was fantastic. GoogleFantastic service 5* - it took 3 years to find and nearly 100 viewings but we got there with the help of Stags in Bideford. Archie was superb, attentive, helpful and approachable. The other staff always knew what was going on and even James the surveyor was super helpful. A really pleasant estate agent experience.

GoogleAs someone that deals with clients everyday I have not been impressed with the journey so far to the extent that I will be removing my property from their books over the weekend, they need to work harder on how they talk to their customers and send people to do viewings that know how to sale a residential house
