GoogleWe were lucky enough to work with Luke and Samantha when selling our house. Both did a stellar job. Luke was extremely professional when marketing the property and finding us the right buyer. We ended up in a 4 part chain which completed in only 2 months(!) thanks to Samantha's efforts in progressing it. She would send us regular updates so that we always knew how everything was going. Would absolutely sell with them again and very happy to recommend!
Dear Winnie, Thank you for your wonderful review! It was truly a pleasure working with you on the sale of your stunning property. I'm delighted to hear that you were impressed with our services and that Samantha and I could assist you throughout the process. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and should you ever need us again in the future, we would be more than happy to help. Best wishes, Luke and the Stags Team at Totnes

GoogleI'm not saying Edd is Superman and i'm not saying Edd isn't Superman. What I am saying is I have never seen Edd and Superman in the same room at the same time! Edd and the two Carolines did an awesome job on a difficult chain. The team were very quick to find us a buyer (at full asking price) and have kept us up to date and informed throughout the whole process. There have been issues along the way but they have been sorted quickly and efficiently. We would happily recommend Stags Holiday Cottage team. Thank you very much
We can neither confirm or deny Ed’s involvement with Superman; however, we thank you for your kind review. If we can help at all in the future, please let us know. All the best, The Stags Exeter Team

GoogleWe had an unusual property that could fall into a couple of different categories which made marketing a bit tricky. This did not phase the Team at Stags who were very professional, friendly, helpful and ultimately successful in selling our property. We also looked at properties they were selling with a view to purchasing one and again the way they conducted the viewings was relaxed and very professional, just a shame we found the house we wanted marketed by a different agent and that experience was nowhere near as comfortable. My wife and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the Team at Stags Taunton whatever the size and type of property you are looking to sell, they will have sold something similar for sure.
