Genuinely useless lettings department and company in general. Nothing to do with the property we rented, but these guys are complete lazy blaggers. They don’t communicate between each other, cannot do a handover between each other, don’t answer the phone, don’t follow things through. Cowboys; I’d avoid renting with this company at all costs.

Stags sold us our home recently. Will was a lovely young man who showed us around and was very pleasant and polite. The real work horse though was Lynne, oh my goodness I don't think we'd ever have completed if it wasn't for her chasing the sellers solicitor on multiple occasions and being the middle"man" as it were (and we were the buyers not the sellers). As well as sorting solicitors and other estate agents out she was personable, funny, helpful and a real asset to the team. Thank you Stags, we're in our first bought home together and couldn't have done it without you.
