GoogleAs someone that deals with clients everyday I have not been impressed with the journey so far to the extent that I will be removing my property from their books over the weekend, they need to work harder on how they talk to their customers and send people to do viewings that know how to sale a residential house

GoogleIt’s been a difficult year for selling and buying a house . We’ve had some ups and downs which was very frustrating . However thanks to Stags , they have supported, encouraged and remained positive throughout the process , which lifted us a lot which helped when we became despondent. They corresponded with us and all relevant parties regularly. After selling our house and buying our new house we can’t thank the staff enough especially Phoebe who was outstanding in the role she played , we were able to ring and feel at ease after speaking to her and she was with us all the way through . My husband and I would really recommend Stags in Taunton to anyone going through this process.

GoogleI invited Stags to advise me as to the value of my property and how best to sell it. It’s a quirky old place, lovely but not the easiest house to market. From the moment I Charles came and valued the place until completion day, Stags were incredibly professional and helpful. Although I had contact with every member of the team, David De Bloeme was the person who was my main point of contact. His advice was invaluable. He was attentive and always kept me in the picture throughout the marketing process. Emma carried out many of the viewings. She’s quick to take in information and did an excellent job of passing this on to clients. Unfortunately for me, our sales fell through on several occasions, we lost buyers because they had lost their buyers. On each occasion when a problem arose, David informed me personally and promptly and came up with a plan as to how to achieve a sale in difficult circumstances. Every suggestion he came up with came to fruition. And finally, we got our sale and the sales contract was completed. I can’t recommend Stags highly enough. I chose them because they have always dealt with sales of my family’s property, it was a firm I trusted. And my experience on this occasion has shown me that that trust was not misplaced. David and his team were just brilliant. Thanks so much.

GoogleTerrible at following up. Viewed a property on a Saturday and did not hear back from them on Monday. I had to phoned them to book a second viewing which was not a big deal. After the second viewing I said I would put an offer in the next day but again never got a call from them. I phoned again to make an offer. Again no big deal. However, I never heard anything from them ever since! Not even an update on whether my offer has been rejected! I found out the property was sold on Rightmove 2 days after I placed my offer. I do not usually leave any reviews but I found this unacceptable. I felt disrespected. I did not even put in a low ball offer. My offer matched the asking! No reason to treat your potential buyer like this. Will never have anything to do with Stags in the future. Edit: Hi Nick, what you have said is completely untrue. My phone does have a voice mail. Other estate agents have been able to leave a message for me. I had no miss calls from Stags. Before leaving this review I had already checked all my mail boxes including spam and voice mails. I had nothing at all.

GoogleI was lucky enough to be dealing with Stags both to sell as well as to buy. Stags Dulverton to sell and Stags Wadebridge to buy. Both branches were beyond brilliant and all the transactions were explained and followed through with the personal touch. There were a few major problems with our buyers and the subsequent 'chain' and it would not have gone through without Hilda Englands (Dulverton) intervention and her help and assistance went way beyond anything we could have hoped for. I can not recommend both branches enough, I would deal with Stags again with no hesitation whatsoever.
