Been back and forth with this company. Seems very difficult to get complete answers, seems they like dangling the carrot. Do not understand their price structure. People need to research previous price history. Prices have gone up an eye watering amount. There was is also an article from counsellor Ian McCord regarding this site and is an interesting read. It appears they have been in breach of the planning and says persimmon are all about profits. I can't see how people can afford the over inflated House prices. Overall I felt uncomfortable with the information they provided and it's all verbally so you have nothing to rely on Over all people should take a good look at this company and all reviews.

Don't buy here!!!! If you fancy making the worst financial decision of your life then this is the company to buy a house from. Everything went wrong after putting down our deposit. From the lack of communication from the sales office, to arriving on our move in date to no floors to the state of our garden now, our experience has been shocking. The house itself, even though not finished, is nice. It's everything else with persimmon that is wrong. It took 9 months to get our cooker hood fixed, there was rubble in it. We had about 5 people come round to check what was wrong with it despite us saying there was rubble in it and it being confirmed by every contractor. This is just one example of our experience. We have also had a new build before so expected snagging.....but we would not have expected things like no water to our bath, non working cooker hood, keys to our patio door etc to be fixed ASAP not after 4 months plus! Our next house will not be a Persimmon house and I urge anyone thinking of buying here to reconsider. Edit: We put a formal complaint to Persimmon in October and it is yet to be resolved so their response to this review is for show. No management will address this. It's yet another lie

Absolutely shocking. Do not buy here! Nearly 2 years gone by and our 7 day snagging is not complete. We recently had an issue with our boiler to be told persimmon are not fixing it even though it has been confirmed by 2 separate engineers it was not fitted properly when it was initially put in the house. Customer service are so poor with communication and the promises we have been made have not been kept. The workman ship throughout the whole house is poor. Not one wall is straight nor been painted to a good standard. We took of our bath panel and it looks like the bath frame has been put together by a child. Would hate to see what is hiding behind the rest of our walls/appliances. I could go on but I don’t have the time.

We run an agency in GP & have several managed rentals on the Maples. The very nature of a new build you would expect snags it is unavoidable but we have been very pleased with how helpful, efficient and fast Gordon the site manager/foreman has been when we have needed his help. He knows what he is talking about and just gets on with it no delays and problems solved. Lovely development and if you do get an issue Gordon’s your man.

Great site ran by Andy pearson it’s had a lot of bad press lately for no reason other than a change in the area . Definitely for the better I think the houses are well built and are in a really great area iv worked alone side Andy for a lot of years and he stands out as a site manager definitely a credit to persimmons. Still pretty garbage at hide and seek tho 🫣

Very poor customer service as always from persimmon. Don’t expect anything more or anything less. Most people on the estate still have snagging outstanding and have been here 12 months or longer. If I could put 0 I would.
