GoogleWent to visit some friends and was pleasantly surprised to find the development is almost complete now. And the houses do not look bad at all. Our friends who have bought do not have any serious complaints apart from regular snagging issues. And I heard the complaint management process has improved and turnaround time is a bit sooner. Lots of green areas and there's a primary school on site. No shopping mall or stores though.

GoogleBuilders built on land that floods regularly, drains all back up, gardens are just bogs. Houses built 2meters taller that planned . Surveyors predict the houses will be worthless to buyers once built as they'll never be able to sell.
